Description. (Site Director) This is a 3 part training Cohort  (4/26, 5/17, and 6/14) Winning Beyond the Workshop Community of Practice tackles the issue of workshop fatigue by providing a sustainable model for continuous professional growth inearly childhood programs. This multi-session course will help childcare leaders develop and implement individualized staff development models that supportprofessional conduct and evidence-based practice. Participants will gain strategies for job-embedded professional development, reflective supervision, and enhancingteaching team collaboration, ensuring a culture of ongoing learning and improvement in their educational settings.
