In the past, the early childhood field was mostly child development focused. We now know through more research and especially through the Covid experience, how our mental health is critical to continue to do the important work we do. In this workshop, you will gain a better understanding of mental health, how our mental health can affect those around us and the children we work with. We will also take time to discuss the importance of taking care of ourselves and strategies to use for ourselves and in the classroom.
