Description. 

In this session, we will spend time exploring behaviors that decrease our ability to stay calm and regulated in our work with our colleagues and with the young children we support. Identifying our “hot buttons” can be an effective strategy to explore what feeling they bring up within us, what our “go to” reactions may be, and how to reflect upon the meaning of the person’s behavior that is pushing our buttons. We will explore temperament & reframing in our time together as strategies to make meaning of behaviors and to support our ability to remain calm and responsive in our relationships.
