Creating Inclusive Environments: Understanding Behavior Through a Neurodiverse Lens

with Cynthia Arias

Free

Description.

This training is designed specifically for daycare providers to strengthen their ability to support neurodivergent children. Participants will gain a clear understanding of neurodiversity and how it influences behavior in young children. Through reflective exercises, they will deepen their understanding and become more intentional in their approach to supporting neurodiverse children. The session will also cover practical strategies for creating inclusive environments and making accommodations that help neurodiverse children thrive in daycare settings. By the end, providers will be equipped with tools and strategies to foster an inclusive, nurturing space where all children, regardless of neurodiversity, feel valued and understood.
